3 unidentified Rhode Island investors have pulled off what no one thought was possible. They plan on opening a brand new exotic dance club on Atwood Ave in 2011. Even the Johnston Town Council can't stop the controversial club from opening its doors, which is leaving both council members and residents extremely angry and frustrated.

"I can't freakin' believe this!", says a council member who wished to remain anonymous. "We thought we had all the bases covered, but apparently there is a loophole in the law and these investors found it."

An attorney and spokesperson for the investors, Joey Boobarino explains.

"Strip Clubs are illegal in the Town of Johnston. Dress Clubs are not."

What's a Dress Club?

It's a new type of entertainment.", Boobarino explains. "Instead of stripping, the girls come out on stage naked and then slowly get dressed. By the time they're done dancing, they're fully clothed. It's fun, it's sexy and best of all..., it's legal. We should be ready to go by mid 2011."

The slogan of the new club? "C'mon down and watch the girls put it all on."
